Practice Area
Where the companies sit, what they owe, and who is taxing whom.
Tax is the broadest of LTB's three practice areas. It runs from incorporating a company in the right jurisdiction, through the filings and accounting that keep it in good standing, to the advisory and relocation work that decides where profit and residence actually sit.
Built as a Portfolio, Not a Single Entity
A single company rarely serves a high-risk business well. The operating entity has to sit where its activity can be licensed and its payments acquired. Ownership and intellectual property are usually better held elsewhere. Personal residence is a third question again, with its own exit charges, substance tests, and controlled foreign company rules attached.
LTB therefore starts from what the business does and where its customers and owners are, then proposes a coordinated portfolio with a stated reason for each entity, and with the substance and filing obligations each will carry set out before anything is formed. Three jurisdictions anchor most engagements: the United States, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.
LTB handles UK formation and VAT registration directly, and prepares UAE corporate tax returns and simplified financial statements in-house. Other filings, registrations, and immigration applications are carried out by the licensed accountants, tax professionals, and agents in LTB's network in each jurisdiction, coordinated throughout by LTB as the client's single point of contact.
The Five Tax Services
Incorporation
Company formation worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, and UAE, with the banking route confirmed before the entity is formed, not after.
Filings & Compliance
Annual filings, corporate secretarial work, and beneficial-ownership registers maintained across jurisdictions so nothing lapses into penalty or strike-off.
Accounting
Bookkeeping and financial statements for high-risk industry entities that mainstream firms decline as a matter of internal policy.
Tax Advisory
Residency and double taxation, crypto treatment, CRS and FATCA exposure, exit charges, and controlled foreign company rules.
Relocation
Tax-beneficial relocation, with the exit position in the departing country reviewed before the move rather than after it.
