The Practice
Why Clients Retain LTB
Not a Bank. Not Pretending to Be.
LTB is a boutique legal, tax, and banking practice, not a bank, payment institution, or electronic money institution. The practice holds no client funds and issues no accounts, cards, or licenses directly. What it maintains instead is a network: accountants, licensed tax and immigration professionals, and banking relationship contacts built over years in the jurisdictions clients require.
LTB manages each engagement from review to resolution; the regulated work itself is carried out directly by LTB where noted on the relevant service page, and otherwise by the licensed professional in that jurisdiction. This is a stronger claim than an unexplained promise of "insider access". A practice with real relationships beats one that merely sounds confident.
Most Engagements Begin by Referral
LTB is boutique by design. Most clients arrive through an existing client, a private banker, or an accountant or lawyer already familiar with the practice's work, which is also why the practice does not publish client names or identifying case studies.
Direct, confidential inquiries are reviewed individually; the engagement roster is deliberately kept limited to maintain the level of attention each matter requires.
What Discretion Means Here
This industry attracts firms that take a retainer and disappear, or promise outcomes no legitimate practice can guarantee. LTB's approach is the opposite: naming the actual mechanism behind a problem (a MATCH listing, an AML deficiency, a broken tax residency) rather than a vague promise.
Every engagement is structured to be lawful and to withstand scrutiny, and every client relationship, and every detail within it, is confidential by default. A conversation can begin by email as readily as through a form.
