Practice Area

A corporate bank account, recommended and placed.

LTB is not a bank, payment institution, or electronic money institution. The practice holds no client funds and issues no accounts. What it does is recommend a banking route based on your business and structure, place the file with the licensed institution whose appetite genuinely covers it, and follow the matter through to an opened account.

How Placement Works

Banks underwrite in a fixed order: the activity, the jurisdiction of the entity, the residence of the beneficial owner, then the expected payment flows. A structure assembled without those four in view is frequently refused on the second before anyone reads the business plan, which is why incorporation and banking are treated as one exercise here rather than two.

LTB maintains relationships with banks, electronic money institutions, and high-risk acquirers across the jurisdictions clients require, and confirms appetite before an application is made. The file is then prepared to the standard the onboarding team will apply: an accurate activity description, a traceable ownership chain, documented source of wealth, an operational AML framework, and expected flows that match what the account will really do.

The regulated act (opening the account, holding the funds, clearing the currency, settling the card volume) is performed by the licensed institution. LTB structures, places, negotiates terms where terms are negotiable, and remains the client's single point of contact throughout.

Questions

Frequently Asked

No. LTB is not a bank, payment institution, or electronic money institution, holds no client funds, and issues no accounts. The account is opened by the licensed institution; LTB recommends the route, prepares and places the file, and follows it through.

That is the point of the exercise. Appetite for the activity, the jurisdiction, and the ownership profile is confirmed with the institution before an application is submitted, because each decline becomes part of the next bank's assessment.
